System Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to recognize, assess, and document business requirements.

• Convert business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.

• Analyze, define, and document comprehensive system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.

• Lead efforts in system configuration and data mapping related to APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations.

• Assist in post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions align with stakeholder expectations.

• Facilitate communication between business and development teams by translating business needs into precise technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.

• Background in IT or software development.

• Experience in product and marketing analytics.

• Proficient SQL skills for data querying and analysis.

• Strong background in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

• Experience in creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams.

• Familiarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API concepts.

• Proficiency in spoken English at B2 level or higher.

• Nice to have: Practical experience with data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Redshift.

• Nice to have: Experience in the FinTech sector, particularly in CFD trading.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, such as MCP servers and skills.

• Nice to have: Experience with Python or JavaScript.
