This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute routine support tasks and assigned project initiatives

• Contribute ideas to formulate effective solutions

• Aid in the creation of project documentation, operational and business goals, technology capabilities, resource requirements, task plans, and overall communications

• Create process flow diagrams and provide updates on project progress

• Assist in defining requirements for information systems

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed

• Work remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Nevada, Florida, or Ohio

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline, along with three years of IT experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or an operational or financial role utilizing supported systems or data

• OR a High School Diploma/GED and five years of relevant experience

• OR a Bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant experience

• Must complete ITIL Foundations certification within 6 months of the start date

• Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent certifications are preferred

• Experience with finance regular-cycle data reporting extraction, SQL, and Tableau is preferred

• Proficiency in utilizing AI Fortec Coco AI software capabilities is preferred

• Capability to perform work in a stationary position for prolonged periods

• Willingness to travel within the hospital system

• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

• Skill in communicating and exchanging accurate information

• In certain locations, ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Must adhere to the employer’s influenza prevention program, including receiving an annual vaccination or obtaining an approved exemption
