System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform market research and conduct competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

• Assist in strategic planning by evaluating industry benchmarks, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable business requirements and performance indicators.

• Work collaboratively with product managers and technical teams to outline product features, roadmaps, and user stories.

• Examine usage data and user feedback to guide product improvements and innovation strategies.

• Aid in the development of tools and platforms such as PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI for project tracking and performance assessment.

• Gather, validate, and analyze financial, operational, and customer information.

• Identify areas for performance enhancement and improvement opportunities.

• Create dashboards, KPIs, and visual representations utilizing Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.

• Compile and deliver reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into straightforward strategic insights.

• Lead cross-functional workshops, lessons-learned sessions, and meetings for strategic alignment.

• Act as a communication bridge between business units, technical teams, and clients.

• Facilitate change management and the adoption of new processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or possess Green Card Status.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product development, or strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in market research and strategic planning.

• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies for process improvement.

• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for client engagements and project-related activities.
