System Administrator – Digital Media & Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within the Okta platform.

• Oversee and manage a worldwide inventory of Apple devices through Jamf.

• Create scripts in Python, Bash, or other languages to automate IT operations, deployments, and system integrations.

• Spearhead IT infrastructure initiatives from initial concept to final execution.

• Document project progress and assign tasks across different teams.

• Ensure cleanliness of ticket management and maintain technical documentation.

• Provide support for system design and architectural considerations.

• Assist in migrating from ESX to cloud platforms.

• Troubleshoot Google Workspace and network routing issues utilizing the OSI model.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering positions in a professional setting.

• Must have expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf.

• Comprehensive understanding of OIDC, SAML, and OAuth identity protocols is essential.

• Familiarity with IT security for end-user devices.

• Proficient in at least one scripting language for system automation purposes.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage technical projects.

• Experience in overseeing a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Exceptional proficiency in English.

• Ability to thrive in an asynchronous, documentation-focused work environment.

• Knowledge of GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and the use of LLMs for enhanced productivity.
