Swedish Team Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Educate new employees on delivering exceptional customer support and equip them with the necessary skills to resolve issues effectively.

• Provide continuous training for staff to enhance their performance and keep the team informed about product updates and brand information.

• Develop and curate current educational resources.

• Facilitate well-structured training sessions for incoming customer support representatives.

• Recognize skill deficiencies and offer training on those specific areas.

• Inspire team members to foster a positive, efficient, and successful working environment.

• Supply accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by adhering to established procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A European passport is mandatory for application.

• Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English (C1 level).

• Basic computer skills and knowledge are essential.

• Strong multitasking abilities.

• A willingness to learn as well as impart knowledge.

• Patience and empathy are crucial attributes.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Ability to build good interpersonal relationships.

• Experience in customer support is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
