This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive commercial strategy for the entire portfolio, incorporating Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution, Group Sales, Reservations, and Commercial Analytics.
• Convert company objectives into targeted commercial strategies, goals, and action plans at the property level.
• Drive commercial forecasting and performance evaluations in collaboration with Finance and property leadership.
• Create and implement commercial operating rhythms, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks.
• Develop Revenue Management strategies focusing on pricing, forecasting, inventory, segmentation, demand, and need-period tactics.
• Provide strategic guidance and accountability to leaders in Revenue Management, Group Sales, and Reservations.
• Enhance channel mix, distribution strategies, and pricing to boost occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, and profitability.
• Manage commercial technology and vendor partnerships.
• Track group pipeline, sales performance, reservation patterns, and conversion rates.
• Spearhead the creation of forecasting, reporting, commercial scorecards, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing & Growth, Membership, Product & Digital, and property leadership.
• Report directly to the CEO while building and leading the commercial organization.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality commercial sector.
• Extensive leadership experience in Revenue Management, pricing, distribution, sales, and overall commercial strategy.
• Experience in multi-property hotel leadership.
• Proven history of enhancing revenue performance, profitability, and market share.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel economics, forecasting, pricing, distribution, sales, and commercial performance metrics.
• Capability to lead leaders, nurture talent, create high-performing teams, and implement clear accountability structures.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong financial acumen.
• Familiarity with hospitality commercial technologies, including revenue management, PMS, CRM, distribution, and sales systems.
• Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Gravity Haus portfolio, attending industry events, owner meetings, and priority markets.
