This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and proactively engage new university and employer partners through outreach and networking.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets as well as quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to contract finalization.
• Collaborate with the partnership development support team on strategies for product marketing and financial modeling for new partner agreements.
• Implement strategies that ensure new revenue-generating partnerships yield a beneficial gross margin for both the company and clients.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to pinpoint and address uncertainties surrounding pricing and product-market positioning.
• Assist executive leadership in formulating new strategic business lines, go-to-market strategies, and targeted account lists.
• Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position Noodle’s value proposition.
• Report directly to the Chief Partnerships Officer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with 6-8 years in roles involving significant customer or partner interaction, relationship management, negotiations, or other high-pressure scenarios.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or partnership development, preferably in higher education or the edtech sector.
• A Master’s degree, JD, and/or terminal degree is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 2-3 times per month for partner meetings, industry events, and other business requirements.
• High proficiency in negotiations, deal structuring and strategy, and strategic selling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Proven history of managing multiple, complex projects from inception through execution.
• A strong degree of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving, team-oriented environment.
• Must be legally eligible to live and work in the United States.
• Must reside within the United States for the duration of employment.
