This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire commercial engine for a B2B telehealth and clinical infrastructure organization.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy across the enterprise that encompasses new sales, retention, and expansion efforts.
• Supervise SMB and Mid-Market sales, concentrating on both inbound and targeted outbound sales directed at direct-to-consumer telehealth brands.
• Guide the pricing strategy, deal structure, and commercial terms to enhance long-term revenue and margin.
• Lead annual revenue planning, set logo and booking targets, and manage pipeline governance and forecasting for senior leadership and the Board.
• Spearhead sales and go-to-market strategies with digital health brands, self-funded employers, benefits brokers and consultants, pharmacies, technology partners, and other digital health entities.
• Transform the sales organization into a reliable outbound enterprise sales engine.
• Create repeatable and scalable sales processes and team structures to facilitate rapid growth.
• Propel new market entry via strategic partnerships spanning pharmacy, technology, broker, and consultant ecosystems.
• Manage sales compensation design and implement uncapped commission structures.
• Oversee customer success from start to finish, focusing on retention, satisfaction, revenue expansion, KPIs, and customer health metrics.
• Discover expansion opportunities, reduce churn risk, and upsell new clinical modalities and network states.
• Lead customer implementation to ensure timely, budget-friendly onboarding that meets quality standards.
• Establish scalable implementation processes and playbooks that decrease Time-to-Live while ensuring clinical compliance.
• Coordinate between Customer Success, clinical operations, and sales for smooth transitions and resolution of blockers.
• Define the revenue operations infrastructure in collaboration with the President and SVP of Finance.
• Set benchmarks for pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and revenue analytics.
• Champion technology and automation investments that enhance productivity and capacity while safeguarding margins.
• Report directly to the President & COO.
• 8+ years of commercial leadership experience within the B2B digital health, telehealth infrastructure, DTC telehealth, health tech, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 years in a senior executive position with responsibility for multiple commercial functions, preferably including sales, customer success, and at least one of revenue operations or implementation.
• Proven success in scaling a commercial organization during hyperscale or high-growth phases.
• Experience in transitioning from founder-led or inbound traction to a structured and mature sales process that includes outbound sales and complex sales cycles.
• Proficiency in telehealth, self-funded employer markets, complex B2B RFPs, relationships with large pharmaceutical companies, or enterprise benefits integration.
• Capability to collaborate with technical teams, particularly regarding APIs and EHRs.
• Ability to work alongside clinical teams, focusing on corporate practice of medicine, risk management, and compliance.
• Quick comprehension of commercial scenarios.
• Skill in evaluating broader enterprise impacts, balancing clinical risk against revenue opportunities.
• Commitment to achieving outcomes and holding the organization to elevated performance standards.
• Ability to operate with urgency, authenticity, and strong interpersonal confidence.
• Competence in recognizing patterns, connections, and dependencies across commercial, clinical operations, and corporate functions.
• Comfort working under tight deadlines with a proactive approach.

• Must reside in the United States; US visa sponsorship is not available.
