This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Act as the primary client partner and internal business leader for designated Market Access accounts.
β’ Develop trustworthy relationships with senior client stakeholders across Market Access, marketing, trade, patient services, reimbursement, HEOR, medical, and commercial sectors.
β’ Define account vision and strategic direction, ensuring alignment between client objectives, agency insights, team priorities, and commercial targets.
β’ Convert client feedback into actionable guidance for internal teams.
β’ Anticipate client requirements, recognize potential risks, and proactively propose solutions.
β’ Facilitate senior client meetings, strategic workshops, annual planning sessions, business reviews, and executive presentations.
β’ Assess client satisfaction and enhance relationships.
β’ Provide high-level strategic advice across the Market Access domain.
β’ Direct Market Access strategies that connect brand objectives with access decision-makers and stakeholders.
β’ Lead cross-functional account teams and foster alignment among various disciplines.
β’ Address resource challenges, conflicting priorities, capability gaps, and internal obstacles.
β’ Oversee account growth strategies and nurture client relationships.
β’ Lead or assist in RFP responses, strategic recommendations, capabilities presentations, pitch development, and finalist presentations.
β’ Represent RevHealth as a Market Access authority in client, prospect, and industry contexts.
β’ Manage the financial health and performance of assigned accounts.
β’ Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, and agency leadership to develop scopes, staffing plans, budgets, forecasts, and revenue projections.
β’ Oversee scopes of work, financial and operational risks, forecasting, budget reconciliation, resource planning, and scope management.
β’ Inspire, lead, and advance a high-performing Client Services team.
β’ Mentor team members on strategic thinking, client leadership, financial management, communication, delegation, judgment, and business insight.
β’ Over 12 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare agency, consulting, or a related field.
β’ Extensive experience managing Market Access accounts, engagements, brands, or commercialization efforts.
β’ Profound understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, coverage, reimbursement, formulary decision-making, patient access, and healthcare delivery dynamics.
β’ Proven experience in leading large, complex, and financially significant client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, influence across various functions and levels, reconcile differing viewpoints, and drive teams from discussion to decision and action.
β’ Strong skills in financial and operational management, including scoping, forecasting, staffing, profitability management, and contract oversight.
β’ Experience within pharmaceutical regulatory and medical/legal review environments.
β’ Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, organizational changes, and complex stakeholder environments.
β’ Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, delegation, feedback, performance management, and talent development.
