SVP and GM, TeraRecon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary legal advisor to TeraRecon’s executive leadership.

• Supervise legal, contracting, employment, corporate governance, and data privacy issues.

• Manage commercial contracting, transactional matters, employment issues, litigation, and intellectual property concerns.

• Serve as the Data Protection Officer.

• Collaborate with the Regulatory team on compliance in healthcare.

• Lead the TeraRecon Legal team.

• Direct legal negotiations for sales and strategic partnerships.

• Maintain and update contract frameworks.

• Oversee all written agreements.

• Provide legal advice throughout the product lifecycle, from development to commercialization.

• Manage relationships with outside counsel and oversee legal budgets.

• Support employment-related matters in collaboration with HR.

• Report directly to the SVP and General Manager of TeraRecon, with a dotted-line reporting to ConcertAI’s General Counsel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.).

• Admission to the US State Bar.

• Minimum of 8 years of corporate legal experience.

• Proficiency in contract negotiation, intellectual property, litigation oversight, and corporate governance.

• Experience in healthcare or software/SaaS is highly preferred.

• Strong preference for experience with data privacy compliance.

• Proven experience leading high-performing legal teams in fast-paced environments is strongly preferred.
