Sustainment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver user support through phone, email, or tickets submitted via company support tools.

• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and problems to determine root causes and implement lasting solutions.

• Reference technical documentation and alternative information sources while replicating and testing issues in the environment.

• Create training materials and educational content, and share insights with fellow team members.

• Take responsibility for or assist in managing service levels agreed upon with clients.

• Collaborate within the Supply Chain business unit to support Warehouse Advantage software, Infios One (WM), and various third-party software applications.

• Resumes must be submitted in English.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical customer support.

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a degree (final year or later) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Intermediate knowledge of databases is essential.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking concepts.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent customer service skills and capacity to multitask.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks independently.

• Intermediate understanding of programming logic, including the capability to interpret existing code.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Familiarity with logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.

• Experience in computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages is preferred.

• Experience with operating systems and computer networking is preferred.

• Knowledge or experience in supply chain management solutions is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications is preferred.
