This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Analyze and develop optimal practices for assisting employees in the integration of artificial intelligence.
• Create a scoping document that outlines the study's boundaries, research questions, and anticipated deliverables.
• Perform a literature review focusing on AI, workplace dynamics, change management, social sciences, and organizational management.
• Conduct interviews both internally and externally with experts, clients, change leaders, managers, and team members.
• Examine real-world organizational contexts.
• Construct a comprehensive analytical framework that includes drivers, obstacles, critical success factors, trade-offs, and a maturity model.
• Produce a consolidated output that can be utilized by Wavestone and its clients.
• Present the findings of the study to the Sustainability team.
• Contribute actively to client engagements.
• Assist in the advancement of Sustainability expertise, business development initiatives, and the formulation of commercial proposals.
• Create landscape analyses and benchmarks that encompass the responsible digital ecosystem.
• Develop materials to raise awareness about responsible digital practices among employees.
• Aid in formulating responses to clients' sustainability challenges.
• Currently a student at a top engineering or business school, or a prominent university.
• Strong enthusiasm for consulting and addressing business transformation challenges.
• Firm belief in the importance of tackling sustainability issues and recognizing the crucial role businesses play in this regard.
• Interest in management, digital transformation, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) topics.
• Ideally pursuing a degree in social sciences, management, sustainability, innovation, or organizational change.
• Inquisitive, possessing robust analytical skills, and capable of swiftly understanding new concepts.
• Client-oriented, with excellent interpersonal abilities and a keen sense of service.
• Results-driven and motivated by challenges.
• Interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Eager to contribute to the growth of a company expanding in Switzerland and globally.
