This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Oversee the complete execution of AI and machine learning initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Create and maintain project timelines, risk assessments, and delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate status and outcomes.
• Evaluate project performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous enhancement.
• Manage prioritization, capacity planning, and team structuring.
• Proactively identify and address risks, formulating contingency plans and protocols to resolve issues.
• Promote best practices in AI delivery, governance, and ethical implementation.
• Work alongside technical teams to ensure alignment of architectural decisions with business goals and delivery limitations.
• Foster knowledge exchange and skill development within the delivery team.
• Proven track record in leading AI and machine learning projects to successful completion in corporate settings.
• Strong expertise in delivery management frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills with a history of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration abilities, capable of engaging effectively at all levels.
• Technical acumen in AI/ML concepts, tools, and implementation challenges.
• Experience in managing budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in delivering large-scale, intricate AI implementations across various business units.
• Background in vendor and third-party management.
• Expertise in facilitating organizational transformation and guiding teams through transitions.
• Awareness of emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
• Experience working in regulated industries or compliance-intensive environments.
