This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead comprehensive statistical, exploratory, and root cause analyses utilizing extensive and complex healthcare datasets.
• Develop analytical frameworks, models, and measurement strategies that adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Construct and enhance analytical content for the Evernorth Control Center suite, which includes enterprise reporting, patient population analytics, and insights into the healthcare market.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and business leaders to create effective analytical solutions.
• Convert findings into actionable recommendations that promote informed decision-making and improved outcomes.
• Oversee the entire solution lifecycle from requirements gathering and development to testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
• Elevate the team's understanding of emerging analytical techniques, healthcare data trends, AI technologies, and data-driven decision support.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, healthcare data, reporting, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in large-scale data environments.
• Familiarity with Python or another widely-used programming language for analytical purposes.
• Strong capabilities in business analytics and problem-solving.
• Ability to effectively communicate analytical results to business, clinical, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and contributing throughout the analytics solution lifecycle.
• Familiarity with one or more enterprise data platforms, such as Databricks, Teradata, or Postgres.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Databricks Genie.
• Knowledge of AI, large language models, agents, or other contemporary analytical technologies.
• Experience applying analytics to healthcare data, patient populations, or insights into the healthcare market.
• If working remotely, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
