Sustainability Consultant – Final-Year Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage in operational client projects as a member of project teams.

• Enhance consulting abilities, including analysis, synthesis, client relationship management, understanding of the business landscape and market, along with accountability for clients and projects.

• Assist public and private sector clients across various industries in developing CSR strategies and governance frameworks.

• Contribute to transformations that involve responsible procurement, ethical digital practices, and accountable operations.

• Aid in cross-functional sustainability efforts, such as decarbonization, circular economy initiatives, sustainable mobility, and energy efficiency.

• Participate in change management efforts, focusing on training, culture, and skills enhancement.

• Collaborate with HR departments on HR information systems, HR data management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and responsible HR practices.

• Conduct research for internship projects on sustainability subjects, including sustainable transformation, CSR integration, social sustainability, Green IT, science-based nature targets, biodiversity, and CSRD.

• Get involved in internal initiatives within the Sustainability practice, including the Sustainability blog, practice activities, expert monitoring, and the startup incubator.

• Final-year student pursuing a graduation internship.

• Enrolled in a prestigious engineering or business school, or a major university.

• Strong enthusiasm for consulting and sustainable business transformation.

• Willingness to engage with change management topics.

• Passion for environmental and societal issues.

• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and possesses strong analytical capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a solid team-oriented approach.

• Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecological, energy, and social transitions.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
