Sustainability Consultant – Final-Year Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage in operational client projects as a member of project teams.

• Collaborate with clients from both the public and private sectors across various industries.

• Contribute to engagements focused on CSR strategy and governance.

• Assist in transforming business functions, including responsible procurement, digital practices, and operations.

• Lead sustainability initiatives that span decarbonization, the circular economy, sustainable mobility, and energy efficiency.

• Involve yourself in change management efforts, including training, cultural shifts, and skills enhancement.

• Provide support to Human Resources departments regarding HRIS, HR data, inclusion, diversity, and responsible HR matters.

• Take part in internal initiatives such as the Sustainability Blog, practice activities, market monitoring, or the startup incubator.

• Currently enrolled at a top engineering or business school or a prominent university.

• Passionate about consulting and challenges related to corporate sustainable transformation.

• Willing to engage with change management topics.

• Strong interest in environmental and social issues.

• Possess intellectual curiosity and robust analytical abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a strong collaborative spirit.

• Keen interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecological, energy, and social transitions.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
