This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Propel sales growth, product adoption, and market share for incision management and wound healing solutions within a designated territory.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders to incorporate Solventum solutions into surgical practices.
• Attend operating room procedures and provide procedural support for the safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Enhance the utilization of advanced therapies, including negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT).
• Establish connections with economic decision-makers, such as supply chain professionals, to address financial and clinical priorities using published data.
• Attain sustainable growth through strategic account planning, territory management, and data-driven targeting.
• Utilize networks to recognize expansion opportunities and bolster market presence.
• Deliver proactive and continuous customer education, including in-servicing.
• Employ software platforms for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.
• Support industry conferences and trade shows.
• Participate in on-call coverage.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 4 years of medical sales or clinical experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of medical sales or clinical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review is required.
• Must maintain eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status is required.
• Experience in selling and consulting within an operating room environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Demonstrated experience in territory management and business planning.
• Expertise in building strong customer relationships with key influencers, such as surgeons.
• Strong understanding of clinical and economic value drivers across various care areas.
• Experience in customer-focused selling and closing.
• Familiarity with navigating complex selling cycles.
• Completion of a formal sales training program is required.
• Experience utilizing a CRM system such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process.
• Exceptional data and analytical skills.
• May be required to obtain facility-specific licenses, vaccinations, and/or other prerequisites for entry.
