This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Execute installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems including Loop X and Airo at healthcare facilities and clinical locations.
• Deliver both remote and on-site technical assistance, helping clinical users with troubleshooting and system operation.
• Perform diagnostics, system upgrades, and proactive service checks.
• Serve as a reliable technical consultant for clients, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Oversee the setup, testing, and onboarding of users during product launches.
• Accurately document all service activities in accordance with quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and clinical support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Preferably some experience in technical support, particularly within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology is an advantage.
• Strong skills in IT, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Willingness to travel nationally (up to 80%), with potential for occasional international travel.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
