Support Services Project Manager – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project documentation

• Oversee and monitor ongoing processes

• Perform cost/benefit analyses

• Document specifications while tracking requirements

• Offer daily support for ongoing operations

• Assess and enhance processes

• Provide support services as needed to address agency workload demands

• Advise on best practices, facilitate design sessions, and document requirements for new process implementations

• Lead the testing of processes

• Assess cost management and implement best practices utilizing the Trimble platform

• Assist with reporting and clean-up of reports

• Generate reports, manage report subscriptions, and create dashboards

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience with Trimble Unity Construct (previously known as eBuilder)

• Proficient in creating new user accounts with the appropriate permissions and performing account maintenance on the Trimble platform

• Experienced in providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)

• Background in project administration for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)

• Skilled in creating and updating training materials for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)

• Experience in delivering basic training for new users, workflow training, administration training, training on new features, and process design

• Knowledgeable in providing guidance on best practices, conducting design sessions, and documenting requirements for new process rollouts

• Proven experience as the lead in process testing

• Familiarity with evaluating cost management and applying best practices using the Trimble platform

• Adept at providing reporting support and report clean-up

• Experience in creating reports, managing report subscriptions, and developing dashboards for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
