Support Operator – South America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with esports tournament organizers to ensure proper configuration of content for GRID to accurately collect and disseminate official data.

• Monitor live esports data streams for precision, integrity, and consistent delivery.

• Identify and address real-time data inconsistencies, delays, or feed issues, escalating as necessary.

• Engage with clients through various communication platforms, including email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Teams.

• Address operational or data-related inquiries and escalate matters to engineering when required.

• Enhance the GRID product suite based on customer insights and identified issues.

• Document and monitor data quality and procedural challenges.

• Cultivate knowledge of esports titles and GRID products.

• Contribute daily to the knowledge base for employees, partners, and clients.

• Assist in activities before, during, and after esports tournaments.

• Strong customer-centric mindset.

• Passion for competitive video games, including CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, and PUBG.

• Comprehension of esports tournament structures, formats, and regulations.

• Prior experience in customer-facing support roles.

• Familiarity with Slack, GSuite, Discord, and Teams.

• Basic computer science knowledge is advantageous.

• Availability to work shifts and weekends if necessary.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Capability to work within the LATAM timezone.
