Supply Chain Technology & Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, document, and implement solutions for process automation and decision-support tools.

• Analyze operational and supply chain data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for process enhancement.

• Extract, transform, and present data utilizing reporting and analytics tools.

• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify challenges and create technology solutions.

• Lead and coordinate project activities, including planning, roadmaps, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and optimization.

• Identify and resolve system defects while optimizing existing technology implementations.

• Develop and enforce controls to support business process integrity and ensure data accuracy.

• Maintain technical documentation and offer training and functional support.

• Act as a technical resource for supply chain systems and applications.

• Coordinate system enhancements, integrations, and updates in collaboration with technology and business teams.

• Support ongoing improvement initiatives related to systems, processes, reporting, and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent technical training and relevant professional experience may also be accepted.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technology management, process improvement, data analytics, application development, or a similar area.

• Proven experience in extracting, analyzing, and validating data from various information systems.

• Familiarity with database, reporting, or analytics technologies such as SQL, Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, SQL, VBA, or Java.

• Competent with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience in implementing, supporting, or utilizing supply chain technology solutions.

• Background in working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications.

• Understanding of supply chain operations, workflows, and performance metrics.

• Experience in developing process automation or decision-support solutions.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies while staying updated with relevant technology trends.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to foster collaborative working relationships with business users, technical teams, peers, and senior leadership.
