Supply Chain Planning Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of demand planning processes across global business units and regions.

• Establish and uphold standard operating procedures, governance frameworks, and planning policies.

• Ensure that planning processes are scalable, repeatable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise supply chain goals.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment regarding planning standards, metrics, and operational models.

• Drive initiatives for process harmonization among planning teams.

• Identify program risks, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to enhance execution and program outcomes.

• Communicate program status, key decisions, and performance results to stakeholders and management while fostering alignment across matrixed teams.

• Advance demand planning capabilities through process excellence, digital transformation, and improvements in forecasting performance.

• Oversee business ownership of Blue Yonder planning capabilities.

• Report to the Director of the Demand Planning Center of Excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, supply chain operations, logistics, manufacturing, operations, or program management.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects or programs within a matrixed organizational setting.

• Proficient in utilizing supply chain performance metrics, planning data, and operational analysis to guide business decisions.

• Experience in developing and managing program plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.

• Familiarity with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, supply planning, or related supply chain planning processes.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
