This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete procurement process for server and GPU infrastructure related to new data center constructions.

• Engage in direct negotiations with OEM/ODM suppliers.

• Develop dashboards and generate reports on ongoing tasks to guarantee timely completion within set deadlines.

• Manage cost efficiency, supply chain challenges, and vendor escalations.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations departments.

• Provide support to global data centers post-launch through maintenance procurement, proactive inventory planning, and urgent procurement coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in server/data center hardware procurement.

• Direct experience collaborating with ODM/OEM manufacturers.

• Exceptional negotiation abilities with a proven track record of securing supply agreements and advantageous commercial terms in constrained markets.

• Experience in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

• Capability to swiftly comprehend technical infrastructure needs.

• Proficient in English.

• Practical experience with GPU procurement is a beneficial addition.

• Background in hyper-scale/AI infrastructure environments is a plus.

• Experience in global procurement operations is an additional advantage.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
