Supply Chain Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct and sustain curated datasets utilizing Databricks (Delta tables, jobs, SQL Warehouses) along with SQL-based governed reporting tables.

• Ingest and oversee RFPs, specifications, drawings, and addenda, ensuring appropriate metadata and version control.

• Create applied analytics solutions for forecasting, scenario modeling, optimization, and benchmarking with similarity modeling.

• Deliver reliable datasets and insights for Tableau Cloud use while maintaining consistent business definitions.

• Create a closed-loop learning cycle by contrasting design assumptions with operational outcomes to enhance benchmarks and estimation accuracy.

• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and solution design teams to optimize automation decision-making on a large scale.

• Extract requirements, produce compliance matrices, and automatically identify clarifying questions.

• Facilitate cost and ROI scenario modeling through option comparisons and sensitivity analysis.

• Develop executive summaries and SOW-ready proposal content from governed datasets.

• Examine throughput, staffing models, slotting strategies, and the impacts of replenishment.

• Utilize historical project data and comparable implementations to inform future designs.

• Expedite proposal development, enhance confidence in automation initiatives, and create scalable benchmarking capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or Applied Machine Learning, with a proven track record in production delivery.

• Proficient SQL skills, including data modeling, query optimization, and the development of governance-ready datasets.

• Practical experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, SQL Warehouses) or other similar enterprise data platforms.

• Strong preference for hands-on Python experience for data preparation, modeling, and workflow automation.

• Capacity to articulate assumptions, risks, and analytical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred experience in warehouse automation or intralogistics environments, including AMRs, AutoStore, shuttle systems, sortation, and WES/WCS platforms.

• Preferred background in forecasting, optimization, simulation/Digital Twin technologies, and decision-support analytics.

• Familiarity with document parsing and extraction workflows for processing RFP/specifications is preferred.

• Experience with Tableau is preferred, encompassing curated dataset publishing and dashboard performance optimization.
