Supply Chain Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold demand forecasts across all markets, revising models as sales trends evolve.

• Support oil and material consumption forecasting by monitoring usage trends and availability timing.

• Oversee inventory levels and production schedules, identifying risks to supply continuity before they affect production.

• Strategically plan and suggest purchase orders for cannabis materials and dry goods to meet production requirements.

• Create and maintain shipping schedules, coordinating timings with warehouses, carriers, and production facilities.

• Track purchase orders through the fulfillment process and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Optimize and prepare data and reports for executive presentations and stakeholder decision-making.

• Analyze daily reports and provide recommendations to the Supply Chain team.

• Keep accurate records and input data into relevant systems, including ERP, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to ensure production readiness.

• Ensure clear communication of deadlines and expectations across departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Ability to successfully pass cannabis regulatory pre-screenings.

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain is required.

• Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills are necessary.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, SQL, and ERP database systems (e.g., Acumatica) is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality product.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Regular and punctual attendance is essential.

• A high standard of integrity and ethical conduct is required at all times.
