Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement category and sourcing strategies for indirect spend areas, including Meetings & Events, Marketing, and HR Operations.

• Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier assessments, negotiations, contract management, and renewals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and provide efficient procurement solutions.

• Recognize and pursue opportunities for savings, cost avoidance, and value enhancement.

• Manage essential supplier relationships, performance metrics, risks, and ongoing improvements.

• Examine spending and market trends to uncover consolidation, demand management, and sourcing possibilities.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval protocols, and contracting procedures.

• Work alongside Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable, and business teams throughout the procurement process.

• Monitor and relay category performance, savings, risks, and significant initiatives.

• Promote procurement best practices, process enhancements, and data precision.

• Evaluate category performance and communicate significant initiatives, savings, risks, and priorities to Procurement leadership and business stakeholders.

• Report directly to the Director of Procurement.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Capable of functioning effectively in both team settings and independently.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance, or accounting.

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Officer, Category Owner, or in a relevant role within procurement, finance, or accounting.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

• Strong negotiation skills and decisive decision-making abilities.

• Capable of collecting and analyzing data and working with numerical information.

• CPSM, PMP, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
