Supplier Quality, Food Safety Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular on-site assessments at manufacturing facilities and subcontractors throughout Asia.

• Execute audits focused on food safety, quality, and manufacturing, which encompass process, hygiene, and documentation evaluations.

• Validate production and quality records, including specifications, certificates, and control reports.

• Ensure adherence to company standards, food safety regulations, and international standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS, and BRC.

• Oversee corrective actions and monitor follow-up on non-conformities.

• Foster collaborative relationships with local production teams and suppliers.

• Communicate audit results, risks, and recommendations to the European headquarters.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of product quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the food industry, preferably in roles such as Food Technologist, Quality Specialist, Food Safety Auditor, or similar positions.

• Comprehensive understanding of HACCP, GHP/GMP, ISO 22000, IFS, and BRC standards.

• Proven experience in conducting internal or supplier audits within production environments.

• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes.

• Capacity to operate independently and manage multiple sites across the region.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to thrive in multicultural settings.

• Readiness to travel frequently throughout Asia or preferably already residing in the region; candidates from China are encouraged.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is an advantage.
