Supplier Oversight Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the implementation of ACCA’s global procurement policies, frameworks, and procurement center of excellence.

• Enhance value, innovation, and improvements from supplier partnerships and contracts valued at approximately £120m annually.

• Assist in identifying and raising awareness of significant supplier risks.

• Collaborate with Business Contract Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure thorough reviews, compliance, risk comprehension, and mitigation strategies.

• Oversee the annual benchmarking of the supplier management program through a competencies-based survey.

• Support the ongoing recommendations outlined in the final benchmark report.

• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and governance for supplier management reporting.

• Exhibit continuous improvement and procurement oversight aligned with procurement key controls.

• Serve as the escalation point for Business Contract Owners concerning coaching, problematic relationships, and training needs.

• Assist in evaluating and enhancing environmental, social, and governance practices among top suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Pursuing MCIPS or a comparable qualification.

• Experience in supplier management, sourcing, or ESG procurement roles.

• Capability to establish strong working relationships, challenge and support, negotiate, and influence both within the organization and with suppliers.

• Ability to innovate and develop ideas for ongoing improvement.

• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI is essential.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
