Supplier Onboarding and Audit Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Confirm the source and destination of each invoice utilized to support the credit.

• Examine documentation for partner suppliers and maintain updated license records.

• Validate invoices and their recipients.

• Assess the material purchasing criteria for each invoice, which includes CNPJ, business activities, and contract specifics.

• Implement issuance standards and physical feasibility criteria, incorporating alerts for volume, mass, duplicates, frequency, geographic criteria, and operational capacity.

• Prepare buyer dossiers and inform suppliers as necessary, adhering to deadlines and following up as needed.

• Approve purchases and finalize contracts with suppliers based on invoice validation.

• Verify licenses and operating permits in accordance with the relevant business activity.

• Maintain organized records, track missing documents, and highlight documents approaching expiration.

• Approve operator onboarding contingent upon document validation.

• Stay informed on regulatory issues impacting the sector and engage in webinars and events.

• Participate in ongoing process enhancements on the Polen platform in collaboration with the Technology team.

• Organize data and reports pertinent to compliance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing supplier onboarding and audits, including document assessment, technical visits, and the approval, rejection, or suspension of partners based on regulatory standards.

• Knowledge of environmental licensing, including system searches in SIGOR and SINIR.

• A critical and detail-oriented approach to reviewing invoices and tax documents.

• Proficiency in practical Excel or spreadsheet skills: cross-referencing extensive datasets, using pivot tables, and employing VLOOKUP/INDEX functions.

• Ability to write clearly and objectively: drafting communications sent by the company to suppliers.

• Traceability: keeping a record of actions taken and their rationale.
