Supplier Manager, Spend Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to the Workday Spend/Procurement Lead on the Workday Support Services team.

• Oversee the supplier onboarding system and its integration with Workday as the key functional resource.

• Collaborate with campus Supplier Partners to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant supplier onboarding.

• Act as a Workday Spend Analyst, providing support for system enhancements and process improvements.

• Optimize supplier accounts, procurement, and contract management within Workday.

• Enhance the supplier experience and minimize onboarding challenges.

• Support scalable and governed Spend processes.

• Supervise part-time staff assisting with supplier onboarding and Workday supplier-account data entry.

⛳️ Requirements

• The educational equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.

• A minimum of three years of experience in the procure to pay domain.

• At least one year of supervisory experience.

• Must be able to collaborate effectively and travel to campuses as required.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

• Preferred: Expertise in various financial areas within the procure to pay lifecycle.

• Preferred: Extensive experience in assessing, revising, implementing, and supporting finance-related business processes.

• Preferred: Experience in change management concerning large enterprise system deployments.

• Strong technical aptitude.

• Knowledge of the complete Procure to Pay process.

• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and task management abilities.

• Solid analytical skills.

• Effective management and teamwork capabilities.

• Ability to make decisions at the project team level and appropriately escalate unresolved issues.

• Capability to structure work efficiently.

• Ability to provide direction and influence others to align goals with outcomes.

• Must pass criminal background checks, motor vehicle reports, and sex offender registry checks.

• Must present proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
