This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee community and resource coordination initiatives, including outreach to members and linking them to local resources
β’ Manage the daily operations of the community and resource coordination team
β’ Delegate tasks according to state regulations, contractual obligations, and the needs of members
β’ Work in partnership with community/resource coordination and care management teams to guarantee effective and appropriate care for members
β’ Ensure adherence to state guidelines and regulatory standards
β’ Provide education, guidance, and resources to meet member inquiries and requirements
β’ Assess team performance and offer constructive feedback regarding performance, objectives, and career development
β’ Mentor and guide the team to enhance community resources, outreach services, and member engagement
β’ Support the onboarding, recruitment, and training of team members
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards
β’ Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
β’ Must be a resident of Texas
β’ A bachelor's degree and over 4 years of relevant experience
β’ Equivalent experience gained through relevant knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills that align with the requirements of this position may be considered
