Supervisor, Resource Coordination

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee community and resource coordination initiatives, including outreach to members and linking them to local resources

• Manage the daily operations of the community and resource coordination team

• Delegate tasks according to state regulations, contractual obligations, and the needs of members

• Work in partnership with community/resource coordination and care management teams to guarantee effective and appropriate care for members

• Ensure adherence to state guidelines and regulatory standards

• Provide education, guidance, and resources to meet member inquiries and requirements

• Assess team performance and offer constructive feedback regarding performance, objectives, and career development

• Mentor and guide the team to enhance community resources, outreach services, and member engagement

• Support the onboarding, recruitment, and training of team members

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Must be a resident of Texas

• A bachelor's degree and over 4 years of relevant experience

• Equivalent experience gained through relevant knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills that align with the requirements of this position may be considered
