Supervisor, Research & Outcomes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support the Director in managing daily functions within the Center of Excellence Clinical Research & Outcomes Division.

• Ensure smooth operations while addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and foster development for team members.

• Serve as a resource for other departments when needed.

• Work collaboratively with physicians, management, and staff within the Center of Excellence.

• Enhance the quality of patient care and optimize patient care delivery processes.

• Encourage and facilitate research efforts and the publication of noteworthy patient care advancements.

• Represent the department and the Center of Excellence at national conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.

• A valid Registered Nurse license/certification is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing experience within the Center of Excellence, including at least 2 years in the Research & Outcomes specialty area.

• Advanced skills in MS OFFICE, specialized databases, quantitative and qualitative data management, and clinical systems such as Net Access, SMS, PACS, PHS, etc.

• Proven leadership capabilities and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• A demonstrated history of excellence shown through successful change initiatives and process enhancements.
