Supervisor, Provider Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the network accounts department.

• Manage the daily operations of the network accounts function, ensuring compliance with health plan, corporate, and state policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Support provider contracting processes to reduce issues and errors during contract implementation.

• Address and resolve escalated provider concerns, ensuring that standards are established, achieved, and upheld.

• Organize, coordinate, and engage in meetings with network account representatives.

• Conduct orientations and provide training to representatives on health plan policies and procedures.

• Distribute materials and gather information regarding contracting with the health plan.

• Review and audit documentation related to network accounts to ensure compliance with health plan and state standards.

• Analyze, develop, implement, and oversee quality initiatives aimed at promoting positive outcomes for assigned projects.

• Assist in the resolution of claims payment issues and provider systems setup challenges.

• Coordinate and host events sponsored by the health plan for network account representatives.

• Aid in the development of policies and procedures while maintaining Provider Manuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in network account management, provider contracting, or billing within a managed care setting.

• Familiarity with managed care and state Medicaid program guidelines.

• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
