Supervisor, Last Mile Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead the daily operations of last mile logistics, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-centric service delivery.

• Supervise route execution, evaluate service provider performance, and address delivery challenges, claims, and customer escalations.

• Manage service provider settlements, payables, deductions, and controllable expenses to enhance financial performance.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through strong voice of the customer (VOC) results, claims management, and ongoing process improvements.

• Guide, mentor, and develop team members while overseeing staffing, scheduling, and performance management.

• Ensure adherence to all safety standards, operational protocols, and company policies.

• Track key performance metrics and execute action plans to boost service, productivity, quality, and profitability.

• Communicate operational outcomes, risks, and opportunities to leadership while supporting strategic market initiatives.
