Supervisor – Electricity Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide professional and disciplinary management for a well-established team.

• Review team performance and assume responsibility for the success and continuous improvement of the team.

• Motivate, train, and manage employees on a daily basis.

• Guide the team daily to meet established targets.

• Conduct coaching sessions and regular feedback discussions.

• Foster internal communication and collaboration within the team and across other departments.

• Implement internal and client-specific processes effectively.

• Adapt swiftly to changes in the work environment.

• Monitor, analyze, and manage performance metrics, focusing on daily execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Confidently manage escalations, sensitive customer cases, and operational risks.

• Ability to make well-informed decisions promptly.

• Capability to monitor, analyze, and manage performance metrics (AHT, QA, productivity, adherence, SLAs).

• Clear understanding of data confidentiality, process compliance, and the demands of regulated industries.

• Flexibility to support onboarding, nesting, and training activities during ramp-up phases.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, suitable for interactions with customers, colleagues, and employees (minimum C1 level).

• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate advisors.
