This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Plan, procure, implement, and deliver linear and digital audio and video channels, print, and out-of-home (OOH) within the approved media plans.

• Create tactical media strategies and manage client budgets.

• Develop, oversee, and enhance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon, Pinterest, and others.

• Foster relationships and maintain continuous communication with media representatives.

• Lead client communications for activation initiatives.

• Present at significant client meetings and presentations.

• Design optimal purchases with a focus on cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal fulfillment, and vendor agreements.

• Monitor media buys and take ownership of post-buy results and ongoing reporting.

• Update the Supervisor on the current status of accounts and promptly escalate any issues.

• Oversee the setup and implementation of campaign tracking prior to launch with support from Ad Operations.

• Manage the creation of reporting dashboards and participate in ongoing client presentations.

• Collaborate with the Finance team to address media billing concerns.

• Ensure compliance with client budgets while achieving set objectives.

• Stay informed on media trends and industry opportunities.

• Execute other assigned tasks and responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search buying is required.

• Familiarity and prior experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deliver work within established deadlines.

• Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with media representatives.

• Effectiveness in collaborating with Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Project Management teams.

• Proficiency in communicating effectively with internal teams, media representatives, and existing clients.

• Must be ready for a fast-paced environment and comfortable making swift decisions.

• A sense of curiosity and skepticism; willingness to learn and consider diverse perspectives.

• Strategic, creative problem-solving abilities with a talent for deriving insights from data.

• Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Flexibility in adapting to evolving or ambiguous situations.
