This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, launch, manage, optimize, and report on comprehensive digital video campaigns across both programmatic and direct publisher platforms.
• Contribute to the digital video strategy and account management for performance-driven and brand-building campaigns.
• Advocate for digital video, especially in areas such as CTV, streaming video, programmatic video, and direct publisher options.
• Convert client objectives, audience insights, historical performance data, scorecards, and best practices into media recommendations.
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Investment teams to determine video investment allocations, purchasing types, platforms, publishers, and targeting strategies.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking coordination, pacing, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance across designated accounts.
• Manage daily execution on programmatic platforms and direct publisher purchases.
• Track performance and pacing through dashboards and reporting tools, highlighting storylines, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Represent digital video in both internal and external meetings, acting as a channel subject matter expert.
• Assist in campaign insights, client-facing reporting narratives, case studies, and performance summaries.
• Standardize workflows for digital video, quality assurance practices, optimization frameworks, and documentation.
• Mentor Specialists while aiding in workload management, prioritization, and skill development.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in digital video, CTV, OTT, publisher relations, ad tech, measurement, consumption, and competition.
• Contribute to agency education, cross-training, new business initiatives, and onboarding processes related to digital video.
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning, Media Investment, Analytics, Ad Operations, and Client Service teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6+ years of practical experience focusing on digital video planning, activation, and campaign management.
• Proficient in major DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Viant, or similar platforms.
• Experience with direct publisher relationships, CTV/OTT environments, trafficking workflows, reporting, and optimization.
• Understanding of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, purchasing types, measurement strategies, and digital video activation options.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify significant storylines, and communicate insights effectively.
• Familiarity with Ad Operations, quality assurance processes, trafficking requirements, verification partners, and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Willingness to work across flexible time zones and travel as necessary.
• Strong project management skills, discipline in budget management, and keen attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring junior team members.

• Certifications in Google Campaign Manager, DoubleVerify, major DSPs, or related platforms are preferred.
