Supervisor de Merchandising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Supervise, train, and motivate the merchandising team.

• Ensure the correct execution of brand strategies at the point of sale, adhering to guidelines, planograms, and company standards.

• Negotiate strategic placements and increased product visibility with store managers.

• Participate in meetings.

• Analyze and report on performance indicators, competitor actions, and opportunities for improvement.

• Manage the distribution and application of promotional materials and displays.

• Monitor stock levels, product availability, and out-of-stock situations at points of sale.

• Conduct regular visits to points of sale.

• Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and marketing teams.

• Support the achievement and exceeding of KPIs.

• Promote the company culture and safety aspects within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a merchandising supervisor and team management in consumer goods companies.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and food channels.

• Understanding of planograms, point-of-sale execution, and client negotiations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel and frequently relocate.

• Valid category B driver's license, with points in good standing.

• Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).

• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, and key point-of-sale auditing tools.
