Supervisor de Canales Comerciales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the commercial channel strategy to enhance Fiserv's presence in the SMB segment across Northern Argentine provinces.

• Manage, support, and boost the performance of representatives, marketing firms, call centers, direct sales personnel, and other sales channels.

• Identify expansion opportunities, field prospecting, and generate a commercial portfolio through indirect channels and strategic partners.

• Drive prospecting actions and create new business opportunities alongside commercial channels.

• Monitor pipelines, forecasts, campaigns, and productivity indicators to ensure an efficient and effective commercial operation.

• Analyze the local market, competition, and merchant behavior to adjust coverage, acquisition, and activation plans.

• Coordinate the onboarding and activation of new clients, assisting channels throughout the process.

• Build relationships with key players in the local commercial ecosystem to strengthen Fiserv's presence in the province.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing channels within acquiring companies, payment methods, or financial services.

• Proven experience in field prospecting and generating a commercial portfolio in acquiring solutions, payment methods, or financial services.

• Knowledge of the commercial market in Northern Argentina and its local dynamics.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking pipelines, forecasts, campaigns, and commercial indicators.

• Experience working with commercial objectives and developing actions to improve results.

• Must reside in San Miguel de Tucumán or Salta Capital.
