This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, train, and supervise employees within the department.
• Oversee and manage daily loan servicing operations for the Credit Bureau Reporting & Corrections team.
• Prepare and maintain processing documentation and reports.
• Direct workflow and delegate tasks for the Credit Reporting Correction & Dispute team.
• Handle borrower correspondence associated with electronic credit disputes.
• Monitor task assignments and deadlines effectively.
• Facilitate credit corrections utilizing eOSCAR and resources from credit bureaus.
• Evaluate employee strengths and development needs; plan, assign, and manage work responsibilities.
• Recruit, train staff, and address team grievances and escalated issues.
• Manage escalated requests from customers and third parties.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel while providing necessary documentation.
• Lead special projects, conduct research, and identify viable solutions.
• Execute other assigned duties and special projects as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over six (6) years of experience in customer mortgage servicing and/or the financial services sector.
• At least one (1) year in a senior or team lead capacity.
• Knowledge and experience with credit reporting and FCRA regulations.
• Proficiency in industry-specific software applications, including FiServ and Ensemble Pro Director.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with eOSCAR and credit bureau resources.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, technical, judgment, influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Capability to organize and prioritize the work schedules of others.
• Competence in delivering formal and informal presentations.
• Ability to draft letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports.
