Supervisor, Construction Information – West-Great Plains

📋 Description

• Mentor team members while overseeing onboarding, training, retraining, and continuous development.

• Manage daily team workflows, workload allocation, and balance assignments effectively.

• Keep source and account relationship lists updated and well-maintained.

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to identify and prioritize new prospects.

• Conduct reviews of calls and communications, offering performance and quality feedback.

• Supervise and allocate client inquiry workloads, ensuring resolutions are timely and accurate.

• Track inquiry trends, performance metrics, and data quality issues, escalating as necessary.

• Maintain documentation and ensure regional project data sources in the repository are accurate and up-to-date.

• Monitor and analyze source conversion rates along with outbound engagement activities.

• Oversee reporting on commercial construction projects throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Track and report metrics related to data quality, coverage, and completeness.

• Provide insights and recommendations to Content Operations and Product leadership.

• Foster and enhance relationships with key industry participants via calls, emails, events, and association meetings.

• Lead demonstrations showcasing Dodge tools and data capabilities for industry sources.

• Train the team on demonstration skills, outreach strategies, prospecting, qualification, value-selling, and handling objections.

• Supervise growth and coverage expansion initiatives within the designated geography.

• Collaborate with leadership to sustain and expand source relationships, enhancing data collection strategies.

• Report directly to the Manager of Construction Information.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, or Kansas.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience showcasing advanced outreach, account management, or customer success.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

• At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client operations.

• Demonstrated success in outbound relationship-building and source acquisition.

• Ability to coach others on effective outreach approaches, customer engagement, product adoption, data-sharing cooperation, outbound playbooks, and cadences.

• Capability to demonstrate and train others on software and data functionalities, including reviewing recorded or live demonstrations.

• Experience with multi-channel outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media.

• Familiarity with opportunity-qualification techniques.

• Knowledgeable in value-selling and objection-handling strategies.

• Experience in territory planning and account segmentation.

• Proficient in CRM and BI/reporting tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, QuickSight, and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to comprehend client needs and deliver effective solutions.

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Capability to identify customer needs and contribute to retention strategies.

• Experience in coaching and developing outbound-calling team members.

• Strong documentation and organizational capabilities.

• Background check required after a conditional job offer.
