Supervising Clinician, LCSW-S / LPC-S

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual and/or group supervision to therapists at the associate level.

• Evaluate and endorse treatment plans along with clinical documentation.

• Direct clinical decision-making processes and case formulation.

• Ensure adherence to state licensing board regulations and payer criteria, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards.

• Maintain supervision documentation that is ready for audit purposes.

• Enforce compliance with Impireum's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assess notes for medical necessity, precision, and alignment with treatment plans.

• Offer structured, actionable feedback to enhance consistency among clinicians.

• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing teams.

• Assist in the onboarding and training processes for associate clinicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license.

• Eligibility to supervise according to state regulations.

• Licensed in one or more of the following states: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA.

• 3–5+ years of experience post-licensure.

• Preferred prior experience in supervision.
