Summer Internship Program – AI Healthcare Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance on special projects, initiatives, and activities that vary depending on the assignment.

• Aid in the creation of AI-driven solutions and automation within healthcare operations.

• Enhance prior authorization, appeals, and associated business processes.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to convert business needs, workflows, and requirements into user-friendly AI tools or agents.

• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to utilize AI, technology, and automation.

• Enhance operational efficiency and improve the end-user experience.

• Support project planning, research, testing, and the implementation of innovative solutions.

• Work together with cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Must be a current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or have graduated within the last 6 months.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Effective listening and critical thinking abilities.

• Reliable and adaptable.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• No licensure or certification is necessary.
