This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and review substation asset data derived from customer maintenance and monitoring activities.

• Create Condition Assessment reports that support customer asset management initiatives.

• Diagnose FMEA in substation assets and assist in automated analytics for failure mode detection and health evaluation.

• Provide customers with advice on technical solutions, including hardware and software.

• Utilize Camlin software technologies to generate health assessment reports.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to identify market opportunities and product challenges.

• Represent Camlin Energy in technical committees and forums that focus on high-voltage switchgear and circuit breakers.

• Write industry articles and technical papers regarding substation asset monitoring and health condition assessments.

• Conduct technical training on substation asset maintenance, FMEA, and related subjects.

• Liaise with Product Management, Technology, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of engineering work experience, with at least three years in related fields such as asset maintenance, testing, or commissioning.

• Experience in Asset Management Engineering design or manufacturing of switchgear and circuit breakers.

• In-depth equipment knowledge related to maintenance, inspection, testing, or troubleshooting and repair of circuit breakers, switchgear, power transformers, instrument transformers, or station batteries.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting industry standards and guidelines.

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or college.
