Subscription Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for Channel Partners and Account Managers

• Actively promote subscription opportunities and address relationship challenges

• Convey company messages and value propositions both verbally and in written form

• Recognize accounts at risk and formulate plans for mitigation and resolution

• Assess and confirm installed base reports

• Oversee programs designed to enhance company revenue and tackle customer contract issues

• Investigate original business transactions and compile information for renewal suggestions

• Handle a designated quota

• Maximize renewal rates, attach rates, and contract terms

• Provide quotes for subscription renewals within the assigned territory

• Establish renewal strategies and processes for the territory

• Manage and predict the subscription pipeline

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create renewal programs

• Communicate changes and enhancements to processes

• Log all activities in Salesforce

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 2 years experience in subscription sales

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service

• Strong interpersonal abilities and a capacity to work collaboratively

• High standards of integrity, ethics, and humility

• Capability to establish and sustain credibility with cross-functional teams

• Highly organized with exceptional time management competencies

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated individual who actively seeks improvement

• Strong aptitude for Salesforce

• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, MS Access, and SQL queries

• Strong organizational, follow-up, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Demonstrated history of success
