This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Create realistic Oil & Gas scenarios in either Arabic or English based on GCC operational contexts.

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to technical and operational problem-solving.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for technical precision, safety compliance, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody industry best practices.

• Complete the onboarding process and become part of the Production team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Arabic (MSA).

• High level of professional proficiency in English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.

• Background in one or more areas such as Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering, HSE, Process Engineering, LNG/Gas Operations, Procurement, or Energy Transition.

• Solid understanding of operational workflows, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within GCC energy environments.

• Proven expertise in developing and reviewing technical scenarios for the Oil & Gas and energy sectors.
