Subject Matter Expert – Oil & Gas, English/Arabic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Develop and evaluate realistic, high-quality technical scenarios for an AI benchmarking initiative centered on Modern Standard Arabic within the GCC energy sector.

• Craft Oil & Gas scenarios in either Arabic or English that are rooted in GCC operational contexts, encompassing drilling, production optimization, LNG logistics, and HSE incidents.

• Tailor structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to technical and operational problem-solving.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-generated responses for technical precision, safety adherence, and operational authenticity.

• Provide top-tier solutions that align with industry best practices.

• Complete the onboarding process and become part of the Production team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Arabic (MSA) along with strong professional English capabilities.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.

• Expertise in one or more areas such as Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering, HSE, Process Engineering, LNG/Gas Operations, Procurement, or Energy Transition.

• In-depth knowledge of operational workflows, safety protocols, and regulatory standards within GCC energy settings.

• An English-language version of your resume/C.V. is required for the application.
