Study Grant Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop precise and competitive Clinical Study grants for Phase I–IV studies across various clinical indications utilizing Clinical Study Pricing Tools, including the Grant Plan.

• Collaborate with Proposal team members to generate budget concepts for pre-sales proposals while adhering to RFP requirements and Parexel policies.

• Take the lead in the creation, revision, escalation, and approval of Clinical Study grants for awarded projects alongside Site Contracts Leaders, Study Project Leaders, and Project Directors.

• Conduct post-award analyses of Clinical Study grants.

• Engage in strategy sessions and budget reviews to formulate win themes, evaluate competitor benchmarks, and address client needs.

• Ensure that Clinical Study grant data aligns with Fair Market Value principles and the Physician Payments Sunshine Act.

• Share insights and new scenarios learned with the team.

• Provide and sustain a client-oriented grants analysis to evaluate performance and proactively spot issues.

• Assist in developing and implementing departmental or functional training plans, content, and delivery methods.

• Uphold compliance with relevant guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Parexel SOPs.

• Engage in initiatives for systems and standards improvement, including change management activities, committees, and task forces.

• Maintain agreed productivity and billability standards.

• Execute administrative duties such as timesheets, training, and travel expense claims.

• Travel as necessary and adhere to applicable travel and billability guidelines.

• Foster partnerships, exemplify teamwork, and cultivate a positive, results-driven work environment.

• Implement process enhancements based on client and team feedback as well as quality audits.

• Promote teamwork, quality, and productivity across CRS and Parexel.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical site budget development, utilizing GrantPlan or Grant Manager, in a comparable role within the managed care, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.

• Proficient in using industry benchmarking databases and other tools to ensure fair market value in the development of investigator grants.

• Preferred degree-level education in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related field, or an equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical experience.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong cross-functional and upward communication skills.

• Client-focused with the capability to build and maintain trust with clients.

• Competent in resolving issues independently and escalating them appropriately.

• Familiarity with standard business and eClinical systems utilized in clinical research.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to quickly gain proficiency with Parexel systems.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing workload with meticulous attention to detail.

• Successful in working within a virtual team environment.

• Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory agency requirements, and Parexel SOPs.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA, FCPA, and Safe Harbor.
