Study Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing clinical trial sites through support with site monitoring activities.

• Ensure adherence to study protocols while upholding high operational efficiency standards.

• Aid in the monitoring of clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Support site management tasks, which include preparing documentation, entering data, and tracking site performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and resolve site-related challenges.

• Keep accurate records of site activities and contribute to monitoring reports.

• Engage in training and development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Experience in a global position.

• Some background in clinical research, site management, or similar administrative roles is preferred but not essential.

• Strong organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
