📋 Description

• Onboard and oversee gaming studios with a variety of game portfolios, concentrating on the gaming market in Turkey.

• Identify promising games and studios within the market and foster robust relationships.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of game development, from ideation to launch, ensuring the development of innovative and engaging mobile games.

• Perform competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics, to guide the product roadmap.

• Align product development with Lion Studios’ strategic and competitive positioning.

• Collaborate across functions with engineers, designers, and marketers to bring game concepts and features to fruition as an end-to-end product owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product/project management, business development, or a similar role within the mobile gaming sector (experience in managing gaming studios is advantageous).

• Demonstrated experience in the ideation and development of new mobile games or applications, from concept to production.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in mobile game development with a proven track record of successful planning, development, and launches.

• Deep understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with and comprehending both technical subjects and emerging technologies, as well as their marketplace relevance.

• Proficient at conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Previous experience in a startup setting.
